A system was needed to show employees the occupancy status and daily schedule of different meeting rooms in real time.

Real-time meeting information and the day’s schedule are displayed on screens placed at the door of every meeting room.

Aydın Tekstil employees can now see meeting room occupancy and schedules instantly on the displays outside the doors.
